Randall’s Good Neighbor Program

Did you know that shopping at Randall’s can earn money for our school? Wilchester earns significant “free” income dollars from all of the families supporting Wilchester with the Randall’s “Good Neighbor Program”.  When you shop and swipe your Randalls Card, a percentage of your bill will be automatically donated back to Wilchester.  Click here to print a Good Neighbor Program form.  Simply fill it out and submit it to the Courtesy Booth at your local Randalls.

Volunteer

You need to register to a volunteer through SBISD to be able to volunteer at the school and in the classroom. Please do this by October 1st. Click here to register to volunteer with SBISD. This needs to be redone every year. If you plan to volunteer at multiple schools in SBISD, you can check the boxes for each school on the same application.
You can join Wilchester PTA by clicking here. This also needs to be renewed every school year.

Coming November 10th

Shop or dine at City Centre without the hassle of finding a parking space!
We will be auctioning off a reserved parking space at City Centre for one year at the Wilchester Auction in 2018. A quick shopping trip or a fun date night out without the worry of finding a parking space for one whole year will go to the highest bidder on November 10th!

The Auction Committee is off and running on securing donations for the auction but we still need your help! We are accepting auction donations now.
Do you have a weekend home you can donate for a weekend getaway?
Or a contact at the newest, hottest restaurant in town?
Then we want to hear from you!

Are you and your neighbors ready to host an amazing party? Or do you have a can’t-miss item to donate? Or maybe you or your office wants to be a corporate sponsor?

We have the forms for you! Auction 2018 is live and ready for business. All forms, from class parties to sponsorship, can be found at www.wilchesterpta.org/fundraising/auction/. We can’t wait to bring you another memorable evening while raising money for our beloved WCE, but we can’t do it alone!
