21 Day Challenge

21- Day  Healthy Snacking Challenge for Kids
The Healthy Snacking Challenge has been discussed with the Health-Fitness classes. This challenge encourages students to get into the kitchen and make their own fruit and veggie snack creations. We encourage families to take the challenge together while developing life-long healthy eating habits, one snack at a time.

This week: 
* Parents, visit www.kids-teach.com to sign your child up for the challenge.

Starting Monday, January 29th:
*  Create Healthy snacks – think of your own or use the recipe guides provided on the site or in the booklet students received from Health-Fitness class.
*  Write down snacks on the snacking log
* Turn in your snacking log at the end of the 21 days.
