Math and Reading Stars

The time has come! If your child has completed all the requirements for a Math and/or Reading Star Medal, please complete this form by April 23rd to order a medal(s). https://forms.gle/7bezqGLaBGyhCyoQ7

Note: Forms must be completed by Friday, April 23rd in order to ensure all medals will be ordered and delivered by the end of the year.

Each 1st – 5th grade student that earned 24 stars in math or reading (or both!) this year will receive a medal for his/her extra work. Remember, each star on the math or reading worksheet represents:
• 30 minutes of extra math practice
• 1 hour of extra reading beyond what is expected for his/her grade level
