The McGruff Program is a crime prevention and safety education program for children who are in Kindergarten through 3rd grade.  McGruff encourages children to become engaged in their communities and learn about safety while having fun.  Through the McGruff Program children explore the topics of drug prevention (Red Ribbon Week October 24-28, 2016), bullying, neighborhood and bike safety, stranger danger, respecting ourselves and others, home and fire safety, and recognizing positive qualities about ourselves and others.

Red Ribbon Week

The National Family Partnership organized the first Nationwide Red Ribbon Campaign. NFP provides drug awareness by sponsoring the annual National Red Ribbon Celebration.
